This was a job that Texas floor installer did in Tyler Texas. Texas floor installer.com also installs wood floors in all cities in Texas but for the sake of getting the word out to local Tyler people we have titled this post for where this job was done. Eliseo completed this job and did a fantastic job in installing and taking care of the details. Part of this Tyler home was a 1912 farm house with a very badly poured slab. Eliseo was able to add some concrete and pour in some float where needed to make a completely level wood floor for the kitchen area.

Tobacco Road Wood Flooring Installation

In the living room and dining room areas of the house the float was only needed sparingly. Since a barrel of wood floor glue costs almost $100 it is important to use float when needed to level out the cement. By leveling the floor out with float first you can use the glue sparingly and add the floors level throughout the house. Eliseo was able to install the floors in our Tyler Texas home all on the level. The Texas floor installer also gave us recommendations on how to lay the floors so the light when shining on the floors would give the best look. Most flooring installation companies will not give you these added details that could really be a headache if you installed the floors in a less flattering way since you can’t easily unglue and then reglue in a new direction very cheaply. You really want to get your wood floors installed by a professional and done right the first time.

Texas floor installation company will complete your project accurately with an attention to detail and at an affordable price. Eliseo used to work for a large wood floor installation company and knows that his prices are going to be much cheaper than your typical wood floor installation company. He owns a family business and takes pride on each and every job. He and his family are a pleasure to work with and you will enjoy the detail of work, knowledge about design, and recommendations on implementation of your flooring that most flooring installers would not even begin to offer.

When picking a flooring company some things I have noticed is that many flooring companies bring in grunt level workers with absentee management. The level of work given to the job is very basic and the workers pay little attention to concerns and recommendations by the home owners. Since Eliseo is the owner of Texas Floor Installer company he knows the importance of listening to the home owner and offering suggestions based on customer feedback. Many times Eliseo will offer his guidance even if not asked depending on the level of knowledge the home owner or general contractor has.

Eliseo has experience in installing engineered wood flooring as well as raw material wood flooring that must still be died or painted. Regardless of the complexity of your wood floor installation at your Texas house or business you will find that Eliseo performs at an exceptional skill level.

When choosing a floor installer there are a few considerations to make. Many consider price to be of the upmost importance but don’t let that get too much in the way of quality and experience. When it comes to flooring installation their are many family run small businesses that run on very little overhead but have been installing floors for years. Some of the larger companies that have a high advertising and overhead budget simply contract out the labor to these smaller flooring contractors.

Choosing a flooring contractor to install a floor in your Texas home or business reminds me of the time I was able to hire an electrician to wire my house for $15 an hour. If I had of gone through a licensed electrician company I would have paid $75 an hour for the same guy to come out. Since I was my own contractor and builder of my house I could legally find skilled labor and pay them myself to do what he would have done anyway under the umbrella of a larger company.

My point is that finding skilled labor at an affordable price is very easy when it comes to Texas flooring installation. You do not have to have a state regulated license like you do for do electrical work when installing floors in Texas. This means that flooring can be installed at very cheap prices by quality skilled laborers. You simply need to know where and how to find the right guy to do the flooring job.

Take for instance, one of our guys Eliseo. He used to work for a much larger Texas flooring installation company that contracted out much of their flooring installation work. After several years he was a senior Texas floor installer and no longer needed to work for someone else. He took the risk and went out on his own and has done several hundred tile and hard wood flooring jobs at much cheaper prices than a larger flooring company would have charged.

Our Texas home Realtor came into our house after Texas Floor Installer’s had installed hard wood floors in our house and could not believe the deal we received and the quality work. We also found a great deal on cabinets and cabinet installation as well. Our home realty agent guessed at the cost we were able to renovate our house but her price estimate was almost $10,000 more than what we actually paid for cabinets and floors. Even during a Texas housing slump we were able to sell our Texas home for far more than the cost of renovating it and the original cost of the house.
